Yes, there’s still county music in Texas and Arkey Blue is the reason! Known for his unique, pure country, honky-tonk sound, Arkey is internationally popular! His songs reflect happenings in his life, stories about friends and living in the Texas Hill Country. Influenced by Hank Williams, Sr. – he keeps it traditional! His latest release has duets with Willie Nelson, Darrell McCall and Sammi Smith.

Well-known too, is Arkey’s famous Silver Dollar Nightclub. Walk down 16 steps into the cellar-like atmosphere of a true Texas Honky-Tonk. Complete with neon signs, nostalgic posters, antiques, Dolly Parton pinball machine, a table that Hank Williams, Sr. carved his name in and sawdust on the dance floor. Shoot a game of pool and enjoy a cold Texas longneck beer or a real Coke, still served in the bottle! When the sun goes down, dust off your boots, put on your hat and dance to the sounds of Arkey Blue and his Blue Cowboys live every Friday and Saturday night. There’s always the chance of a surprise guest appearance by the likes of Johnny Bush, Darrell McCall, Frenchie Burke or Jake Hooker (to name a few)!  A must do Texas experience!!!!!
